These examples show how brand strategy, positioning, messaging and brand experience can reveal the real problem behind a brief and create measurable commercial change.

The brief was to drive trial.
The truth was that Graze needed to be unmissable in a cluttered category.
We made it impossible to walk past.

The brief was to launch the world's first 3D mobile phone. The truth was that 90% of the people they needed to reach had never touched one.
A new technology in a sceptical category. You cannot tell someone what 3D feels like. You have to put it in their hands.
We took the phone to where the audience actually lived - work, leisure, the moments between. Play Pods. Play Mobile. Play Hub. Play Teams. Every touchpoint designed for one thing: quality time with the phone before anyone asked them to buy it.
The truth was simple. People buy what they understand. We made sure they understood it.

The brief was more consistent reach. The truth was that Coke Zero needed to own the male moment - sport, travel, work, not just a street corner.
We went to where the truth lived.

The brief was to increase brand visibility. The truth was that RNHB had built a category and was still talking about itself as though it hadn't.
Five disconnections surfaced.
The reframe: RNHB is not a lender. It is a leader. A lender follows market rules. A leader shapes them.
The next phase of work builds from that truth.

The brief was brand strategy. The truth was a category problem.
LeQuest had spent ten years and 200,000 engineering hours building proprietary simulation technology for medical devices.
They were describing themselves as an e-learning company.
The reframe was one word.
"Makers".
Not a training company. Not an educator.
Makers of digital simulation technology that bridges the gap between human skill and machine power- in operating theatres where the cost of getting it wrong is a life.
Sales cycle: 18 months to 6.
The product did not change. The truth of who they were did.

The brief was to build a honey brand.
Simple enough, until you look at the shelf. Rows of jars, all making the same noise. Raw. Organic. Pure. Nobody's buying the difference because nobody's saying anything different.
So we didn't build a honey brand. We built a myth.
Honey isn't a spread. It's a story nobody was telling. The ancient Greeks saw it as sacred - bees as messengers of the gods, honey as liquid sunshine.
That was the truth Anthology needed to build from. We took them off the shelf entirely. Released in drops, not stock. Every jar with its own story. Every box a keepsake, not packaging.
We were selling a feeling: rarity, ritual, gratitude.
